Have a cyst on my left ovary that is 6 cm, will I need laparoscopy or laparotomy? - cyst in testicals

I'm 24 and have control over the birth of two years and this is my first cyst. Causes of pain during intercourse and physical examination. What are the chances I will make a laparotomy, laparoscopy is not necessary?

Removal of an ovarian cyst is not) by an invasive technique (laparoscopy, as a rule, though some complications. Cysts in the ovaries by laparoscopy, where the test can be done with the laparoscope will be removed, and after the operation is carried out simultaneously.

Im sure that you will always try to continue in the first place and if the laparoscopy is not enough to be able to see, and the cyst, and perform a laparotomy, or if something goes wrong remove (very rare) , broken glass and blood as something unexpected.
Surgeons prefer the first option of the less invasive laparoscopic surgery, where the keyhole is usually done, then from there if needed.
However, taking into account 6cm, have a clear idea of work and can be removed with the keyhole.
