Slow heart rate when first waking up a cause for concern? - slow heart rate more condition_symptoms

I'm not an athlete, or something is wrong. For a while I woke up, my heart is with only 50 to 55 years or less. I am beginning to get out of bed and move that to my normal resting rate applies (approximately 60 to 65 or so). Is that a reason for concern, and if so, what can you do?

It is not only normal, but he shows very well how the system works.

Sleep requires that your body "just floated," which demand very little oxygen, so that the movement is minimal. But not only the weak pulse, but the very low pressure drop in the heart. If you measure your blood pressure at the same time, you will, that almost half of its peak found during the day.

Well, the most interesting .... After waking up and getting up to start the day, you will probably be an (auto) rapid "kick" of adrenaline. This increases the pressure and pulse rate increases rapidly to your cardiovascular system for use. This last phase, maybe one or two hours in most cases, passing gradually to normal.

Sometimes .. does not work. So you know that the disease is in its place there. , Deterioration of aging, heart failure, -... whatever. Thus, you can now see that they do not show the symptoms you describe, it would not be normal.

There is no reason to worry about.

No, it is not. Remember that when you sleep your body shuts down, and only neccassary functions abasicallyg. Then, after the first order slowsnecessaryyou heart on, each turn of events, then you come back to normal.
